IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ONLINE ORDERING
Our textbook system automatically generates and displays both a new and a used price for each book. Just because there is a used price listed next to a book does not necessarily mean that we have any used copies in stock.
When ordering books, you are given the option to select "new preferred" or "used preferred." If we do not have your preference in stock, we will substitute what we do have (for instance, if you select "used preferred" and we don't have any used books, we will send you a new copy of that textbook).
When you checkout, the total cost of your books is calculated based on the NEW book price, since the system does not know if we actually have used books in stock. While we will attempt to honor your request for new used books, if we do not have any used books in stock, we will substitute new books unless you instruct us otherwise in the "Notes" section of your order.
We prioritize the orders of distance learners first. Pickup in store and local shipping orders are filled after the orders of our distance learners, simply because distance learners lack the option to come into the store.
***Note about eBooks: If you order an eBook online, you must come into the store to pick it up. Alternately, you can email us and request to have the activation code emailed to you.
If you live in Shreveport/Bossier or the surrounding area and need your books shipped, please select ground shipping. Areas in town and nearby will receive ground shipments within 1-2 days automatically--it is not necessary for you to pay for overnight or second day shipping.

Our regular in-store buyback is open during the week of finals and the Monday following finals (in December and May), and is the days of finals during the summer sessions (June and July).
